Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Vedashree Infotech ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Vedashree Infotech provides:

• Web Development (Business, E-commerce, Custom Web Apps)
• Mobile App Development (Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native)
• Vulnerability Assessment, Android & Network Pentesting
• Branding & Design (Logo, UI/UX, Company Profile)
• Hosting & Website Support (Domain, SSL, Cloud, Backups)
• Business IT Solutions (CRM, ERP, Inventory, Billing Software)
• Data Science & GenAI Solutions (ML Models, Chatbots, Automation)

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and materials
• Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, and clarifications
• Ensure you have legal rights to any content you provide
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of any credentials we share with you

4. Payment Terms

• Project fees will be outlined in a separate proposal or invoice
• Advance payment may be required before project commencement
• Payments are due as per the agreed schedule
• Late payments may incur additional charges or project suspension
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom deliverables created specifically for them. However, Vedashree Infotech retains rights to:

• Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and libraries used in the project
• Generic code components and methodologies
• Right to display the work in our portfolio (unless NDA applies)

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of services. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request.

7. Revisions & Changes

Minor revisions are included as per the project scope. Major changes or additional features requested after project initiation may require a separate quotation and timeline adjustment.

8. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Delays caused by incomplete information, client feedback delays, or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Vedashree Infotech.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vedashree Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service.

10. Security Services Disclaimer

Vulnerability Assessment and Pentesting services are conducted only with proper written authorization. We are not responsible for any misuse of information provided in our security reports. Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions before engaging our security services.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable. Vedashree Infotech reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

12. Warranty

We provide a limited warranty of 30 days from project delivery for fixing bugs directly related to the original scope. This does not cover issues arising from client modifications, third-party integrations, or hosting changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
